Refund policy
We take great pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased, except in cases where we have made an error, such as shipping the wrong product. If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will rectify the mistake by arranging for the incorrect product to be returned to us, and we will promptly send you the correct item.
Please note the following conditions for eligibility for a refund:
- Items must be unwashed.
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Items with pilling may be subject to denial.
- Items with markings or other stains will not be accepted.
- Items with strong odors, such as smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
If the product is damaged due to customer mishandling, the refund will not be available. Damaging the product voids the eligibility for a refund, as we cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.
In the event that we made a mistake and you request a refund, but the product is out of stock due to high demand, we will refund you in cash. We will notify you once the product is back in stock and available for purchase.
